Write with the booking reference if you already have one, and say whether the question is about a fee, a video link, a document, or the time of the visit. We reply on WhatsApp, email, and the form on this page seven days a week. A new appointment is still faster to arrange on the booking page than in a message, because the live slots and the fee for that slot are shown there before you pay.
