These Terms govern your use of BookMyDoc’s Irish online GP platform operated by BOOKMYDOC LIMITED (trading as “BookMyDoc”), including booking, payment, consultations, and related digital health services.

These Terms and Conditions govern use of the BookMyDoc website and services operated by BOOKMYDOC LIMITED. By creating an account, booking an appointment, or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

BookMyDoc is a booking platform for planned phone or video consultations with IMC-registered GPs. It is not an emergency service. For urgent or life-threatening symptoms, call 112 or 999, or go to the nearest emergency department. Keep your registered GP for ongoing care.

Fees are shown before you pay. Weekday, evening, and weekend amounts are on Pricing and again on the booking screen for the slot you choose. Paying confirms that slot at the amount displayed. How It Works describes what happens after payment, including phone calls and video links.

Clinical decisions belong to the doctor. Sick notes, certificates, referrals, and any treatment sent to a local pharmacy happen only when the GP decides they are appropriate. We do not sell or ship medications online. Our Services describes the visit types.
