How to book an online GP in Ireland
Four clear steps. Phone or video with an IMC-registered doctor. Certificates only when they are clinically appropriate.
You can book 7 days a week, including evenings and weekends. First, create an account or sign in and pick a slot. Choose a telephone visit or a video visit. Slots run across the week. Evening and weekend times are listed with the weekday ones, so you can see what is open before you continue.
Second, pay the fee shown at checkout. The live amount is on the screen before you pay. Standard weekday visits are from €35.99. Evenings are from €40.00 (6:00 PM to 8:00 PM). Weekends are from €40.00 (8:00 AM to 8:00 PM). Weekday hours are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Ireland time. Pricing explains the fee guide. The booking screen is the amount you pay.
Third, speak with the GP. For a phone visit, the doctor calls you at the booked time. For video, you join from a Zoom link in your email or in your dashboard. Use a stable connection and allow the camera and microphone if you chose video.
Fourth, receive documents when they are suitable. If you need follow-up care, your GP will advise you on next steps. The doctor may issue a sick note, referral, or fit-to-work certificate. We do not sell or ship medications online. See Our Services for what a visit can cover, sick cert online in Ireland for the nationwide note, and Blogs for practical guides.
